The search for the selected products for ‘Taste on Stage’ is set according to qualitative and historical-cultural criteria, as well as the enhancement of the territory to which it belongs. They are exceptional products, sometimes still unknown in traditional distribution circuits. It is made with one goal: the valorisation of “Italianness”: with our choices we intend to show that Italy has products distinguished by uniqueness, sometimes for the same productive characteristics, others because a specific vegetable grows only in that territory, or because hundreds of years ago men, nature and climate have contributed to the creation of typical products such as culatello or balsamic vinegar.
